PRODUCTS & FABRICATION
Our products are custom made and fabricated to order. Variations in finish, weld appearance, surface texture, and patina (including Corten/weathering steel) are natural characteristics of fabricated steel and do not constitute defects.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm acceptance.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has commenced.
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed solely by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only and are not guarantees of completion by a specific date.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery and dispatch timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, material availability, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk relating to loss or damage during delivery is handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
INSTALLATION & USE
Unless otherwise stated, products are supplied uninstalled. You are responsible for ensuring proper installation and compliance with all relevant building codes, fire regulations, and safety requirements.
We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow applicable guidelines.
WARRANTIES & AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Except as required by law, products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, images, and product designs remain the intellectual property of O’Neill’s Metal Fabrication and must not be used without written permission.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
