Refund policy

Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order and custom fabricated. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in the quality of our workmanship. If your item arrives damaged, or if there is a manufacturing fault or quality issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible (and preferably within 48 hours of delivery) with photos and details of the issue.

Where a fault or damage is confirmed, we will gladly offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Exclusions

Returns are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal variations in finish, patina, colour, or surface texture (including Corten/weathering steel)

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to comply with applicable safety or installation requirements

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
