Made-to-Order & Lead Times

All products are made to order, and lead times vary depending on the item and current production schedules. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page as a guide only.

Once your order is received, we will contact you directly to confirm when your order is expected to be dispatched or ready for collection.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within the Melbourne Metropolitan area and can arrange interstate delivery to all Australian states and territories at request.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on location, size, and weight and will be shown at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.

Large or heavy fabricated items may require freight delivery. If so, we will contact you to confirm pricing and delivery details.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes commence after fabrication is complete.

  • Melbourne Metro: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Regional & remote areas: delivery times may be longer

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to production scheduling, material availability, or freight carrier capacity.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Special Access & Delivery Conditions

Please ensure delivery details and site access instructions are accurate. Additional charges may apply where access restrictions affect delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible (preferably within 48 hours) with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
