Founder Mark O’Neill brings over 20 years of experience working within a major Australian manufacturer specialising in precast concrete products and complementary steel systems for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. Beginning his career in a junior role, Mark progressed through the business over nearly two decades, gaining extensive technical knowledge and hands on experience before ultimately managing the steel division.

In this role, Mark was responsible for the design, fabrication, and delivery of steel moulds and formwork systems used to manufacture a wide range of precast concrete elements for infrastructure projects across Australia. This included producing precision steel moulds for complex, high volume concrete components where accuracy, durability, and consistency were critical.

Alongside his career in the civil construction sector, Mark always maintained a strong interest in steel fabrication products beyond infrastructure applications. Over many years, he developed this passion into a side business, fabricating custom steel products and refining systems that prioritised quality, efficiency, and ease of installation.

With decades of experience behind him and a proven understanding of both large scale manufacturing standards and practical on site requirements, Mark made the decision to take the leap and establish his own steel fabrication business full time.

Today, we apply the same principles used in major infrastructure projects—precision, durability, and thoughtful design to every product we manufacture. The result is a range of steel solutions that are not only built to last, but also designed to be practical, efficient, and visually refined.
